"Director Kim and Shirley have been wonderful getting my little one into the program with no problems. The one situation I was concerned about was resolved almost immediately. Marissa is the best. My little one loves her!!! She is kind, helpful and shows concern for my child."
"Teachers are nice and school is overall good, but please fix the parking lot. Once again, and the same answer since we started coming here, is the parking lot being in ill repair. large hole present, holds water constantly, which splashes out and freezes around it and is dangerous for kids and parents. Myself and my daughter have slipped on the ice several times. the drain for the parking lot doesn't work, and any rain makes the lot have deep standing puddles so your feet always get wet. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen."
"It is a wonderful feeling knowing I can drop my son off each day and he is going to be loved just like he would if I could stay home with him. I feel Ms. Kim sets a high standard for her staff and it has definitely shown in all 3 classrooms my son has been in."
"My experience with the over all school and staff there has been AMAZING! I always recommended this school when people are looking to send their children somewhere. My child and future children will attend here as long as they can!"
"I can tell some of the staff really enjoys their job and loves the children however I have also seen a lot of lazy staff with bad attitudes. When I asked about those particular staff the response I received that it is very hard to find employees."
"All of the classes for my child have been great! Warm welcomes and goodbyes. It’s really something when you can tell the workers LOVE your child and care for them. It’s really hard though when he transitions to a new room and the teacher is less attentive, never shares good stories, and seems to be looking you up and down while you’re attempting to speak to her. Training about professionalism may be needed for the younger ones who may not have learned it yet."
"The cost is to high for what you actually get. I come from another state with different kid to teacher ratios with I agree with much more. 1:6 for toddlers is ridiculous, and the space that 12 kids have to play in rather small. Also, not overly impressed with their meals."

"Terrible! The open concept is a terrible idea. Every time I walked in kids were everywhere and screaming. The teachers were never paying attention to the kids. Kids were hitting and yelling. One occasion my child was being choked by another kid. I think more assertive teachers would help along with a stricter discipline policy. Most of the time at pick up the kids were watching a tablet. My child never brought home any art work or projects done at school. Overall we did not have a good experience and were very dissapointed."

"Many times I’ve picked up my 3 year old to find he has multiple scratches, bruises, a knot on his head, bite marks, etc. Only 2 times out of many, I’ve signed an incident report. Every time I drop him off, there is a different teacher in his classroom. So not a consistent person watching your child all day. Some of them I don’t know from other locations. One day they sent him home in a diaper and no pants, in 40 degree weather because they had already used his change of clothes and didn’t tell me so I could bring more. For $189 dollars a week, I’m furious with them and looking into other daycares. "
"We love this school. My child is new to the school (less than 6 months) and I had a hard time leaving him at first. The directors and teachers have done a great job at making me comfortable with leaving my child and knowing that he is in good hands of people who actually care about him. We couldn’t be more happy."
