"They could do a better job keeping the facility clean. It always smells dirty and the floors are dirty even in the morning at drop off. Some teachers are excellent, but there are some that I highly question the skill level."

"I was very guarded and protective about putting my son in daycare. The one he had been at previously was not good. I had a terrible experience there and was so scared that all daycares would be the same. When I made the first phone call there, I talked to Shirley. She answered all my questions and seemd happy to talk about the facility. She gave us the tour and again answered any questions and concerns I had. The staff has always been very welcoming. They never hesitate to say hi and bye even in the busiest times. The staff takes good care of my son and never make me feel like a bother. He is always smiling and happy when I come to pick him up which is a great sign! I have had a couple of issues since he's been there. Nothing major. I was able to voice my concerns and it was fixed immediately! I do truly love this daycare and would recommend to anyone. I'm the overprotective mom that doesn't trust her kids with anyone. I'm the mom that still cries in the car after drop off, but I know he's in good hands, well taken care of, and I do trust these ladies. I can call, message, or stop by anytime if I need to check on him, and staff is usually very responsive and timely of getting back with me. I'm glad we found this daycare. It makes my work day much better!"

"Overall mediocre. I don't feel I except more than should be provided . I feel the cleanliness is a serious issue. The restrooms are filthy . Many mornings I walk in to the overall smell of dirty diapers where trash was left over night to permiate the room: the boys bathroom is disgusting I cringe at thinking my child uses it. I've called corporate multiple times about the lack of cleaning . And it shouldn't be the staffs job . They should be focused on the kids not ignoring them to clean so they don't have to stay later! I would like to see more interaction with the kids on their level! It's not just me who thinks all this, I've had talks with multiple parents with same concerns! We've been actively calling other schools to inquire , and we've stayed because the children are already adjusted ."

"Seems to be a lot of teacher turn over and moving among other areas. I feel as if child doesn't get the kind of familiarity and comfort as he did from our previous caregiver. I also do not like walking through other classrooms to get to child's room. I have to avoid children running and playing, and I don't like the idea of people walking through these rooms when my child is older. I feel like children playing in a floor that numerous feet are walking across is not very hygienic."
