"Can't say enough great things!We had some poor experiences in the past with other daycares. My child has had outbursts and attention seaking issues in those schools. When we met with Katy the director who is great, we were very clear of some of the issues our child had and wanted them to be aware of the challenges they might encounter.She was wonderfully optimistic, as well as the teacher Stephanie was very welcoming and kind right from the beginning. With an exception of one hard day caused by my child (not to the fault of la petite), our child has been calm and happy with no incidents. Whereas before we were literally having 2 to 3 incident reports from our other daycare. We have services to help our child as well outside of here, but he has defintely improved because of the additional care and POSITIVE attention making our child comfortable in an environment to succeed.It literally has been a night and day difference of my child's attitude and demeanor. We are so thankful."

"The days that the school is not in session should be announced at the beginning of the year. To announce a few weeks before that a certain day will be closed for staff training is unacceptable. This should be done at the start of the year. Especially since there is no discount for holidays/short weeks and that parents will have to account for PTO with work. Extremely poor planning by la petite corporate."
