"Billing is always a problem. Some of the teachers are fantastic. Some, not so much. Communication is poor. One teacher does a great job through the Precious Status app, the other teacher barely so. Summer Camp time is a zoo of poor communication and rescheduling. Instead of getting policies and updates through the school half the time I am trying to figure out what is going on via my 7 year old and then having to clarify at the school. Some things are communicated clearly and others are a complete mystery."
