"There are some really wonderful, caring teachers at this school, and it's clear that they're doing the best they can. However, there is a high degree of turnover, to the point that we've had many days where our child wasn't allowed to come to school because there weren't enough teachers or where our child was moved into a different classroom for the day. We never know who her teacher will be when we show up lately, which has been frustrating for us and for our toddler. Although we really like many of the teachers and we appreciate everything they do, we're switching schools in search of something more consistent. Considering how much we pay, I expected better."

"While the current staff at La Petite do the best with the minimal resources provided by the parent company, the supposed advantages of a daycare center over in-home are not available. Poor staffing numbers frequently results in closures, inconsistent classroom schedules, and stress. We really do believe the staff love and care for our children as best they can, they just haven’t been given any support from LP to do it well and sustainably. Additionally, the Schroeder Rd. location lost its license months ago. Rather than hire more staff to actually fix the issues, LP hired lawyers. I would not recommend any La Petite facility to others."

It’s so tough leaving him every day but knowing he’s in such great hands make it easier. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids and do such a great job making drop off/pick up seamless. They also communicate frequently throughout the day which is so helpful. Very happy with our experience all around."

"Its ok. I love and appreciate Ms. Faritha and the classroom teachers. I think they really care for and want the best for my sons, that means so much to me. They are kind and gentle with my sons and toward me. My issues are my 1 year old repeatedly getting bad scratches on his face (this has happened every week that we have been here) and my 4 year old (almost 5) having to take a nap. He hates the nap and then is very hard to get to sleep at night."

"My experience has been great. The app is so user friendly and allows my husband and I to stay in communication with the facility throughout the day. I do wish the communication was a bit more consistant in the app with meal time, nap time, potty time specifically but i am so grateful for La Petite and the services they provide. My daughter is in the best hands when she is dropped off every day because they employees genuinely care and are great at what they do."

"This school used to be top caliber. Then they started treating the teachers poorly and most left. Now we are 3x over ratio in some classrooms, my children are getting hurt due to lack of supervision, and nothing is being done about the issue. An entire classroom has been dissolved. This company cares about money, not the children’s safety. Do not bring your children here until they hire more high caliber teachers."

"It seems when we got there the director was new. There seems to be a a shortage of teachers as my 2 and 4 year old are together. That also shows me curriculum is more generalized for both ages. It also shows me teachers can't hone in on individual needs of children as well. The teachers do the best they can I know that."
