"There have been functional issues with the Sprout About App (as in it is not working at all and the director has done nothing to resolve the issue), the code-lock on the entry door is one code for everyone even though we were told by the director, Juan Ramirez, each parent would have individual codes, the director fails to communicate issues, inform parents, and address concerns like it’s part of his job. Then that same person stands firm on charging hundreds of dollars for parents being a few minutes late even though they have been refused aftercare and my daughter is pretty much playing with toys for a few minutes without distracting anyone. My daughter is going to continue attending this school because she made friends and the teachers are great. The director is very charismatic but needs to work on his communication/ management skills. My son had a much better time at the exact same school under a different director."

I've indicated a few areas things can improve again1-) water intake kids need to drink more water2-) Parents should be able to bring their own water3-) Improve food quality more organic less canned4-) also less room switching specialty for my 1 year old she gets moved at least 3-4 times during the day and more consistency with who she interacts she sees a lot of new teachers this isn't positive. She needs to build trust with 1-2 but she can't if she is constantly been changed around."
