"Overall I feel my child is loved by his caretakers and I feel like he is safe there. On the infant side, I was disappointed that lesson plans were rarely followed and there were not many activities being done. I was also disappointed they only took him outside 2-3 times within 6 months. I believe the issue is the student to teacher ratio is too low for an infant room. It should be at least 3:1 instead of 4:1. 4:1 seems like an acceptable ratio for the toddler room as long as there are always 2 teachers. The meals they serve are good and the teachers have good communication and always address my concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. The Sproutabout app is great because I receive regular updates throughout the day, get pictures and videos, and can live stream. It makes me feel more connected to my son and also helps me feel less worried about him throughout the day."

"This is my son's second time attending after a brief hiatus and the second time around has left a lot to be desired. There's regular problems with me not receiving his daily reports despite numerous times mentioning this as an issue. I also will message teachers via the app and often times get no response back. This is vastly different from pretty solid communication last year. I'm very frustrated and disappointed."

"The director was responsive and approachable, requiring occasional follow up. I truly enjoyed interacting with the director and assistant director. The teachers were not very approachable and demonstrated several instances of questionable judgments making me question safety. We offered suggestions about our child and things that work for him related to a concern the teachers had with his eating and spit up, and they were often not attempted during the day, as witnessed on the live feed camera in the app. The cleanliness of the classroom appeared mediocre and it seemed chaotic and disorganized. Frequently teachers varied and there were often teachers in my child’s room at pick up who knew nothing about how his day went."
