"We really love it so far. The teachers and directors really seem to care about my son, and he loves them back. When I drop him off, he doesn't cry anymore... he smiles at his teachers and immediately gets busy playing with all the toys they have around. I love the app and being able to check in on him a couple times a day. We also appreciate that it is within our budget. Childcare seemed out of reach for us until we found LPA. We are thrilled that we can afford it AND they actually provide quality care for our son--something we don't want to compromise on. Also, many of the teachers have a lot of longevity there, which makes us feel even better about the place., and they are just so kind and caring."

"I've had a very positive experience at this school. The director, Jenny, is very hard working and communicative. I believe she truly cares about my child. The teachers by and large are also great. Returning to care after being gone for several months due to COVID-19 has been pretty seamless. I appreciate the updates via the Brightwheel app, although it doesn't replace the daily interaction I used to have in person.PLEASE: teachers should not have to wear masks! With the amount of physical contact and interaction teachers have with my child and others all day, I don't see that it helps protect anyone and wearing a mask all day is tiring. Also, children cannot see facial expressions with masks and this is crucial to development."
"Friendly staff, director was very attentive and caring. The place was always nice and clean I only didn’t like how strong the chemical smell was for the kids. I think a daily log sheet should be sent out with parents stating anything pertaining to the child."

"many of the teachers seem to be caring and supportive. they are friendly. but they dont follow through. for example, I often get requests for items like diaper cream or fresh clothing for my daughter when they are already in her cubby, the teachers just haven't checked. In my son's room there are plenty of posters for the weather, the date, the letter/number of the day etc. but they are all out of date. the lesson plans are currently from the week of Oct 21, and it is Nov 21 today, so I have no clue what he is learning. bright wheel is used inconsistently as well, a land that program was one of my deciding factors when enrolling."

It doesn't have to be long and detailed. example- did my child listen well? Did he get along with others? Is there anything we should be working on at home?"
