"My baby’s started at 5 months as a first time mom I was really nervous. The staff made me feel so comfortable and my daughter loves her baby teachers. I have moved further away but I still make the drive because I trust the staff more than family lol"

"This location, Conway, has been very disappointing.This was our first year at this location for the summer program, previously spent 4 years between childcare, prevpk,vpk and summer programs at Lake Underhill with an excellent experience. Conway seemed to be lack of staff. Communication never aligned, excuses. Summer program was not followed though. Over half of the activities and field trips never happened. One of the fieldtrips my child attended didn't even have our permission to attend!?!?Lack of activities was very disappointing. What were we paying for? $1600 for what????Live video definitely displayed the lack of supervision of the children at most times. Children pushing each other and none the wiser? Ridiculous!The language being tolerated while at camp and coming back to my home was very unnerving. Lunches, we'll as I know, the facility follows a health program. I was never provided a weekly menu. Child would be picked up hungry. This has been very disappointing experience."

"Felt there was a lack of communication. Under staffed. Director needs to be more personable and needs to know what's going on in the facility. Mrs.Angela T was awesome with the kids,gave updates regularly, kept them busy, made them feel loved and could keep control of class.Wish she could of been with the class more than 2weeks. Glad summer has come to an end and my child can stop asking if she has to back. Left feeling mainly disappointed."

"There's not enough space in this area to describe what a nightmare this location is!
I can only speak on the infant care and interactions with select staff.

1. Director is cold & does not communicate as someone who oversees the providers who care for the children should.

2. Infants picked up, swung and dragged by hands and feet! Probably has to do with DCF findings. "Non-Compliance Description 33-09 The facility did not have documented proof that all child care personnel were trained and knowledgeable within 30 days of date of hire in [ safe sleep practices and shaken baby syndrome]. CCF Handbook, Section 4.2.3 and 4.2.5"

3. Fifth desease confirmed case, parents recived email that stated of child with confirmed case. No additional info provided. Had to reach out and wait for response to learn this occured in the infant room. Probably has to do with DCF findings, "Non-Compliance Description 35-12 The facility does not have documentation for all child care personnel on required annual refresher education of the facilitys exposure plan. CCF Handbook, Section 6"

4. Screening process for our babies care providers!! DCF findings, "Non-Compliance Description 45-07  Background screening was not completed: [ after a 90-day break in service.] CCF Handbook, Section 5.2 (Section 19.5, number 1) [SR]"

5. I cannot stress enough how this location has failed the parents to provide a reasuring, comforting, loving and safe environment for the infants they are PAID to care for!

This is the tip of the iceberg, if you are considering enrolling your infant at this location I urge you to do your reasearch!"

"There’s no genuine warm feeling to the environment. Several teachers are welcoming. The director is dry, and unapproachable. The bathroom floor is dingy, not well cleaned. The toilets and sinks are not child size, so no easy excess for the children. The lack of communication is annoying. The sprout about app is useless when teachers do not use it to it’s capacity and inform the parents of events, daily happenings and issues. I also dnt need to see every child in the class picture on my child’s profile. As an early learning teacher teacher myself, I know quality childcare. This place is lacking it. My kid is on the waiting list to someplace else."

"Overall my experience has been great. I was reluctant to daycare in general and La Petite was all that was available at the time we needed care. Ironically, I used to go to a La Petite when I was younger. The staff and director have been nothing short of amazing. I feel like my child is safe and she is in good hands. I can rest a little easier."

"The teachers are lovely, especially Miss Angela. Feel that they genuinely care for my children. There is a language barrier with most of the teachers, so sometimes getting accurate information is difficult. Kids have come home with scratches and marks with no explanation. The director that was there when we first enrolled was good, but the current one is awful. Does not speak or interact with our children or us. Does not participate in any activities."
