"We have loved our experience at La Petite for the most part but there has been a lot of turn around at our location. It is apparent there is staff burn-out and we don't care for how the instability has affected our children. We have truly appreciated several of the teachers, however, our favorite is no longer in attendance and we have not received communication in regard to this matter. My three year old simply told me that She no longer goes to my school, which is frustrating and disappointing. We plan to relocate to another school if spots become available."
"Overall the staff are wonderful and my child has grown so much from her time here. My biggest concern is how long we have been without a director and that we have received no communication that anyone is working to find a replacement for this position. There has been a clear shift in morale since the staff have been without a consistent leader and it is the main reason we are considering other care options"
"Amanda does a great job finding loving teachers. Our daughter has a very special bond with Ms. Amaya in Todds. Recently she's starting to have a good bond with Ms. Tina in twos. Importantly she has made great friendships with a lot of the kids in her class too."

"The caretakers work hard to listen to parents. They do a good job of feeding the babies on an effective schedule that avoids wasting a bottle - they rarely offer a bottle that a baby doesn’t drink. They also make sure to listen to parents’ request about which bottles to use first or last. Little things like that make breastfeeding an infant who is in daycare by pumping milk so much easier. They also enjoy chatting with parents during pick up and drop off, which is nice."

"Generally, teachers don’t stay for very long. Neither do directors (literally they come work for few months then leave or transfer). Teachers are there for the paycheck. Teachers need training Some teachers don’t know how to use bright wheel and I have to call and ask the school for the updates (so i get them later)Teachers and director ignore my requests to send pictures and videos through bright wheel, even if I ask every single day. I’m paying for this app and it’s my right to use all the features in it including getting pictures and videos of my child. I’m talking about getting the minimum number of pictures and videos"
