"The teachers are amazing I feel like we’re family and we can work together and understand each other. My son has been sick ever since but that’s expected with a number of babies all across the room. I just want to feel comfortable with how they’re cleaning EOD because again, he’s always sick. Therefore my wife and I also get sick and it’s a mess. These can be prevented if we wear masks during the winter and make sure the toys, furniture and beds are cleaned impeccably so we can have safe healthy children and we can continue doing business together"

"We switched to La Petite Gem Heights with our daughter after becoming dissatisfied with our prior daycare. Even though it is located further from our home, we were impressed immediately upon visiting the center, and have remained highly satisfied with the consistency of care and my daughter's social and educational development. We have since enrolled our infant, once he was born. Our daughter loves talking about her day, and is clearly enjoying herself and learning so much. Sometimes on the weekends, she asks to go to daycare. Our baby son has only been at the center for a few months, but he quickly bonded with his caregivers. The infant months are full of milestones and changes, and his caregivers are eagerly encouraging his development. The infant teachers also create a fun, engaging environment, and seem to truly enjoy the babies in their care. Overall, I always feel welcome when I pick up my kids from the center, not only from the caregivers in my kids' rooms, but from everyone."

They have always treated my children with care and have always been so attentive and caring. After taking the children out of daycare and then re-entering after a year or two it felt like coming home. Always having my children’s social and educational growth in mind. "This school has been great. We have seen a few different directors but all of whom were a staff member prior so not a big change. The hours of operation were great for the morning drop off but have changed slightly due to COVID. Having the school close for a positive COVID exposure a few times really made some parents figure out a home, family, work life balance. Was nice to spend more time with the kids. Always happy when it was back open so I could go back to work."

"The general experience we have had has been good. They did lose my child’s winter coat last November and never really cared to update me on the situation. I asked multiple times and finally gave up. Either another parent took it home and kept it or they never checked the lost and found. Otherwise, the teachers have been great and my child enjoys it."
