"We love our school! My daughter is happy and always Learning! I LOVE that all the staff (not her teachers directly) but all staff knows my daughters name! That means to me that’s how important each child is and that she’s getting communication but many folks which is great!"

"This facility was all around disappointing. The facility itself is designed like a petting zoo, a large open area and smaller cages off to the sides. While I can respect the fact that it is not a brand new facility the inside is slightly depressing and the toys that were present were disappointing. The tour guide was initially friendly but seemed to rush me through the tour as though something was not right. I really wanted to like this facility as it is so close to my home but I honestly can't say I would feel comfortable dropping my child off here."

"The Gem Heights La Petite really needs to consider the student teacher ratio. Telling us that our child possibly needs to find a different school because they can't get ahold of the bullying issue and de escalate the issue when it does happen instead of focusing on the end result of my child getting sick of being pushed around by other kids. Also they need to not attempt to diagnose my child with being 'slow' - Jana and having a sensory deprivation disorder. I do not appreciate the snarky comments from one of the directors. The student teacher ratio or better training needs to be addressed quickly or we can get the BBB and cooperate involved."

"I was impressed with the security and the attentiveness received by the infants. I am very uneasy about enrolling my granddaughter in a care center. I wanted her at home but that isn't working out that way. I am comfortable leaving her at this center now that I have visited."

"There appears to be a high level of stress among staff. Attitudes are not always positive and there are teachers who treat their position like a job and not a calling. This negativity rubs off on staff and students."

"I was told when booking the tour that they were full but they encouraged me to tour the facility and be wait listed. It wasn't until I arrived for the tour that I was told they would not be accepting part time children on their waitlist. It was a waste of my time and as a working Mom, it is already a chore to take time off work to tour a facility."
