"Excellent tour, excellent facility,"
"We appreciate the staff and teachers in the infant room. The communication to us is prompt, honest and genuine. Our child looks forward to going to school and always acts like she enjoyed her day. Her personality is blossoming because of the positive interactions day in day out. Shout outs to to Ms Tia, Danielle, Iris, Vanessa, Sarita, and Arielle (sorry to see you go!), and ladies I forgot to name. You all are doing a great job and thank you for the love, hustle, and dedication you bring to La Petite every day!"
"We have enjoyed sending our boys here this past year. My 3 year old comes home telling us how much fun he’s had for the day. We love the Flex Care. My husband’s schedule is not consistent, and it’s the only place around that can accommodate it!"
"The frequent switching of teachers into different classrooms and turnover makes it difficult to become comfortable with the teacher of the classroom. Other than that, the environment is very nurturing and has been beneficial to my child's development."
"We are thrilled to have found a school where staff and teachers are respectful and genuine toward us and where our daughter receives hands-on care, close supervision, and comforting engagement. Our baby is clean, fed, safe, and happy when we pick her up in the afternoon, and the all-day updates and messages from teachers give us a window into our daughter's daily life. It's hard for us to be apart from our daughter while we work, and she misses us, too, but she is cuddled, engaged in activities, and fed new and delicious food, and we are kept updated with photos and messages so the separation is easier. Her teachers are always advising us of what we can do as partners with the school to help our daughter develop and advance physically, socially, and mentally. Everyone at the school knows our daughter's name, and I know they are all looking out for her--even if they are not the teacher assigned to her classroom. Best of all, teachers and staff are reasonable, honest, and polite toward us. We are really enjoying this school."
"I will be very sad when she has to leave the school (to start kindergarten!)"
"I would just love to know who my kids teachers are. I understand shift work, but I would love to know and understand WHO is watching/teaching/interacting with my kids. I would like to be acknowledged at check-in because I am just as important as the kids are - in fact, without that acknowledgement, I would have little confidence would be cared for. The redeeming grace is Brightwheel ,which tells me that the teachers are interacting with my children."
"This is my first time sending my kid off to be with strangers. The overall experience was wonderful. Everyone is always nice and concerned. Thanks for that."
"The infant teachers are warm and communicative. I feel like I didn't get to know the toddler teachers as well. I did enjoy the freedom to nurse on site while i was breastfeeding."
"Love Amy, Vanessa, and the teachers."
"If all the classes are full, this open concept center would be very loud. I would think it would be very distracting and difficult to learn with so many things going on without any walls to separate the classes. I wasn't too fond of the fact everyone entering the center would have to walk through a class room space to drop their kids off. Without a door monitor, it is a heavy traffic area for the smaller kids to be placed, right next to the exit. Possibly rear building placement for the younger ones many have been more comfortable for me."
"Ms. Chirron is a wonderful teacher. She plans out activities for the toddler class, she uses the brightwheel app constantly to provide updates with my daughter."
"they are all as a member of our family."
"I am impressed by the warmth, friendliness and knowledge of the teachers in the infant room. They pay close attention to the babies' actions, keep up a constant positive dialog with them, and keep me informed on how my baby is doing day to day. My son has made great progress and gained confidence in their care. Thanks for everything you all do.The only downside is I wish there could be a greater teacher-to-infant ratio. I know the staff does everything they can, but it is hard to see that sometimes it is simply not possible for them to attend to a baby who is crying. I know that 4-1 is a better ratio than the state regulation, and I see the staff step it up to help each other out. Still there are times when the room gets crowded, especially when they have to combine with the toddlers. I fell bad to even complain about this though, because the teachers always keep a calm demeanor (I think of it as zen) and attend to each baby as they are able."
"We love the director and her staff! From the get go, we felt welcomed, we know our daughter is safe and well taken care of at La Petite! The communication to families is AWESOME!"
"GETTINGTO SPEAK TO THE TEACHERS"
