"My overall experience would be described in one word Mediocre . First the positives: Upon arrival Me and my son was greeted nicely at the door , and all staff greeted us very nicely but now the negatives: the Assistant director who was giving the tour did not seem very knowledgeable about the Flex card and how it works. She also stated that they do not have part-time care but the woman I spoke with on the 1800 line told me that they do have part-time care. Plus I was quoted a different price with 1800 lady versus what was told to me on the tour. That alone turned me off. But what was even more shocking was the ratios for the infant room. 10 infants to 2 teachers is a bit absurd to me . I'm in complete disappointment with the whole experience and I would not recommend anyone to put there child in a overly priced high ratio room center like this!"

"We all love the infant room's teachers and programs, and really have no complaints. We love all the fun art projects, singing and reading that we see the little ones doing through the app! (We LOVE the app!!) The only things that we could think of to improve are very minor. Sometimes, more urgent communication - i.e., through the app or email - leaves a bit to be desired in terms of proofreading, which has led to it being a bit unclear and less professional than we might expect. We can get the gist of it though and understand there's a lot to do. Also, as I'm sure everyone is well aware, the parking lot can be a bit of a disaster during special events. It would be fantastic if those attending an event could park elsewhere, while the regular lot (or a designated portion of it) was reserved for those quickly dropping off or picking up."

"The teacher for the class I toured (3's Pre-K) didn't make me feel welcoming. (Lady with a short haircut) She was very blunt when speaking to me (she only said Hey and that was when the person doing the tour called her name) and I wasn't impressed by her overall demeanor. I was confused because if the kids are laying down and someone comes to tour your class, is that not amplified opportunity to at the least explain what you're working on or about YOUR class? The person giving the tour isn't in your class daily so you should promote your class when someone's interested but....The person giving the tour was awesome & they had a very nice facility but the teacher for that class, verbal communication nor body language was not welcoming and lacked any type of involvement with a perspective family."

"The tour guide did not seem to be interested in having us there. I have been to other schools and was shown all of the facility, not just the infant room. Also, the other schools I have been to had a separate area for older infant who could walk away from infants that cannot. I felt this was a good safety measure and this school did not have that option. This appeared to be a school that had only one classroom and then the infant room."
