"I have generally found the staff to be engaging and caring with my children. The high turnover in staff has been troubling at times, but I understand that this is a part of child care. My biggest complaint is regarding inconsistent communication about major changes in cost and care. We are sometimes informed about what to expect when our child changes rooms and sometimes receive little notification. We sometimes receive notification about tuition increases, but have also had this increase added with no prior notification. We also increasingly find the cost prohibitive, and in comparing La Petite to other local preschools we can get the same level of care for hundreds less each month. Again, we have been happy with the care and that is what has kept us with La Petite for so long, but we can't keep up with the tuition increases."
