It’s the supporting teachers that have caused me to have some concerns with the unsanitary situation I mentioned earlier and the level of attention and supervision paid to my child and the other children when the lead teacher is not around during pick up an other times."

"I can't speak more highly of La Petite of Richmond! All the teachers are amazing. I had no hesitation dropping my 5-month old son off on his first day. He's now 14 months and I am still as happy as ever with the staff at this location. Everyone (including the directors) take a huge personal interest in every kid there. Rooms are meticulously cleaned, the children are well cared for and I can see every day the results of the teaching and exploration that goes on at La Petite. My husband and I happily take on a 40 minute round-trip commute just to keep our son at this location. I tell every new and future parent that they should enroll their child here!"

"I like the staff and always feel welcome and positivity when I am there. However I worry about the lack of consistency in my child’s daily schedule particularly around feeding and naps. I recognize that this may have more to do with my child than with the efforts of the staff but it’s hard to know. I have also seen several instances of babies asleep in odd places (like in the exersaucer) which makes me wonder why they are being left to get so overtired that they fall asleep wherever they are before being moved to a crib."

"Ultimately disappointed in the change to infant classroom- combining infant and toddler care. Informing parents of the change after the change had occurred is terrible communication. There is also very poor communication about illness occurring in the school. Posting every communicable disease on the office door does nothing to help a parent understand if their own child is at risk. If disease is occurring in a certain classroom those parents should be notified directly (through app, email etc.)"
