It's kind of hard to explain to a 4 year old where a certain teacher or director is and the parents are unaware if that person is returning. All in all, the school has been good and has done it's best to work with me and my child as we both work with them being back in a school environment."
"We've been with La Petite of West Columbia for the past 4 years. All my kids attended this center. However, Mr. Corey is the best director this center has ever had. He brought structure to the program and showed genuine care in the center's development. We chose to continue at the center because of the stability we experienced after he became director."
"Experience has been okay. Just would like for all kids to be on their cots even if they are not taking a nap so the other kids who are sleepy can enjoy their nap at nap time. Would like to see teachers enforce this"

"My children have attended la petite for 8 years. I’ve seen 6 directors come and go. This last year with la petite has been by far the worst. We won’t be using them again. Management loses paperwork and important time sensitive documents, not processing refunds after several weeks of asking, having too many kids and not enough employees, causing ratio issues and problems during drop off due to lack of staff, incidents occurring in class due to lack of adequate supervision. Management won’t stop and listen to your concerns, insmmmmmmmmmx"
"Overall I am happy with the school, environment and teachers. When signing up we were told we would get no less than 5 updates daily while she’s there, I think I’ve gotten 3-4 most in one day. A lot of times she’s not checked into her class so I cannot access the cameras. And when she’s moved to infant 2 she’s not transferred a lot of the time either so I cannot get access."

"So far I have had a great experience with the school. The directors and staff are very interactive and welcoming. The curriculum seems good but I have noticed a decline in my child’s educational development. My child is a picky eater and they don’t allow me to bring lunch and snacks. I’m hoping that’s something that can be changed in the future."
"Our general experience with the school has not been good. Our daughter has not had any issues with the staff or the current Director but my son who attended first steps and the year prior to that was assaulted by two teachers and the Director and assistant Director did nothing about it. I allowed my daughter to stay in the school, because there was a change in Director. But it does seem that the Director and assistant Director positions change frequently that I am not comfortable with."
"AMAZING teachers!! It is obvious how much they love, care, and nurture their students. Unfortunately, the new director really takes away from this. While he is very professional and I think he'd be great at a desk job, his lack of empathy and customer services skills is unsettling."
