"I absolutely LOVE the teachers!! I have considered pulling my child out and placing him in another facility, but everytime I’ve considered it I think about the teachers and decide against it. They love my boy and show it so well. They are nurturing and kind. They listen to me and my concerns and don’t rush me through anything. They take their time having a conversation with me, which really goes a long way. I have never doubted their love and care for my boy. I do have some concerns about the new director, I’m hoping they work themselves out. I do think he needs to work on his friendliness and customer service skills."
"I tried to love it but the communication is terrible. The constant closures, teachers not coming to work, overfull classes, cleanliness is just not where it needs to be. It’s frustrating having to postpone work because of another teacher not coming in until 9, school opens at 6:30. Some days is understandable but every week is ridiculous."

"I love the director, but the outside of the building is very dangerous bc there is only a very dim light. I’ve driven past it so many times when it’s dark outside. Also, there’s a HUGE puddle of water in the drop off area, so no one can use those spaces. And when I asked if someone could make sure my son would get online when he was supposed to for class, I was told they can’t make them. I was so frustrated!! They’re there to help the kids since the parents are at work and can’t do it. My son is sooo behind in school bc he wasn’t getting online at all while he was there."
"All of the staff members have been very friendly and caring. I feel safe leaving my 3 month old with them. They communicate well through the app and during drop off and pick up. They have made me very comfortable leaving her in their care while I work."

"Good teachers, head office needs some serious reorganization. Booking training days on bank holidays When schools aren’t even closed is Ridiculous. At least coincide them. Making us pay extra to find care for our children. Suddenly we out an extra $50 because of this, at least provide a discount for days you are closed, facilities aren’t being used, and neither are perishable goods."
"Rude staff. Constantly out of ratio. Improper supervision. Facility only opens on time maybe 3 times a week. Make sure you check the DHEC website before coming here. This daycare had an FBI investigation done too. Feel free to message me for proof and details of what goes on here. Made complaints multiple times with the regional and no changes were made. DSS had to be contacted multiple times regarding my child"
