"We were told that the store had no men's shaving utensils. We purchased the shaving brush and razor separately from another store not in our area. This last time we were in the store they had a men's shaving assembly that cost 15$ more that the brush and razor, and included $50 worth of additional products. We took a $65 dollar loss because we were told they did not stock the brush and razor, and later had a shaving kit available."

"I love the products, and I'm a long-time customer, but I'm extremely disappointed that, hard as I try, I can never succeed in enrolling in your mail rewards system. I receive emails about promotions, but never receive the actual, in-the-mail notices that, frankly, reap better rewards. Your store personnel have repeatedly tried to enroll me, have even spent long minutes on the phone with customer service, to no avail. It's infuriating."
