"Super fast delivery. Good communication. Everything went well except the item (steering assist unit) costing $999.99 doesn't work. The instructions aren't very good. The unit needs a $ 300 plus instrument to calibrate it. This was not mentioned in the sales literature. The L and M tech person that I talked to had no experience on the unit and the tech that did know something was on vacation for nine days. So, here I sit with my utility vehicle out of commission. "

"Ordered a marine battery, paid $25 shipping fee which was reasonable for a 50lb battery that was hard to find elsewhere. The battery was put in a cardboard box 1/2 inch larger than the battery, no padding. UPS driver showed up with a box dripping with what turned out to be battery acid from the punctured battery. Thankfully I was home otherwise there would have been battery acid all over my porch and an insurance claim. Not to mention helping the UPS driver clean off the acid from their hands/uniform.
No one in their right mind would ship a battery that way and evidently it is a common problem. Gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because they were very polite and prompt refunding my credit card."
“We apologize for this happening. Please know that all batteries leave our facility with extra "honeycomb" padding. This clearly was lost in transit during the damage. This item is difficult and expensive to ship but almost all of the ones we ship arrive as they should. We are very sorry that yours did not.
