"I ordered a smoker. It said it was in stock. A week later i hadnt heard anything about my purchase so finally i emailed them. Thwy emailed me back a little while later saying they wherent in the office and gave me 2 numbers. The first wasnt "open" that day and the 2nd someone answered but there was no manager in that day. I got a call the next day saying it was on back otder til the middle/end of September. I had them cancel the order and when i mentioned it didnt say that online she said they had no way of knowing until they put the order in. As t the very least i should of gotten a call or email notifying me of this."
