"My overall experience thus far has been disappointing, I ordered my battery on November 23 and it is now December 3 and I still do not have my battery. When I called checking on my order and I was told a new order was in the warehouse and that mine would be mailed out. I was quite surprised being that when I called to order the battery there was no indication given that there would be any type of delay. When I originally called to place the order I wanted to talk to someone to ensure that I got exactly what I needed a battery and cord/adapter for my Macbook Pro-- the first operator that I talked to had me go through everything and wait and then came back and was again placed on hold so that he could check something then another operator came on line I explained everything again and was then told he couldn't help me with my order--when I asked him why the first guy hadn't told me that, he was didn't know. My entire experience with Laptop Battery One has been extremely frustrating, even after I explained to person I talked to (when calling to check on the order) how imperative it was that I got my battery asap she didn't offer to make arrangements to expedite the process and upgrade my shipping. I ended up ordering my cord/adapter from Apple and received it within a few days, mean while I'm still waiting for my battery and had to borrow a laptop for my out of town presentation. "
