While the battery I ordered was compatible, the cell count made it too thick to fit flush in my laptop. That should have been explained on the web site. Now it's costing me an extra $12 to ship it back."

"The battery may be fine, however ordering the battery online was a huge pain. I tried to call for assistance, but I was put on hold and no one ever answered the call. I called back, and it was the same thing again. I couldn't get the coupon code to work. It continuously blanked out the fields and made me start over.
Your products may be good, but it seems that your service center and website needs some attention."

"1. Site is designed to force shoppers to buy things they don't want... its difficult to figure out how to opt out of extended warrenties etc.
2. Battery doesn't fit propery. It works, but doesn't fit flush.
3. Battery has a silver colored plasic cover instead of aluminum like the original.
4. Plastic cover was delivered slightly damaged. One corner had apparently been bent.
5. Tracking info linked from email : DOESN'T WORK.
