"Battery they shipped took a charge for about an hour doing nothing on my macbook pro.

Returning for different one.

I have to pay for shipping. Not good.

Customer service notified me saying shipping is FREE within 60 days of purchase. Told to call Treana in customer service to rectify this error. Treana not at office. Left message.

UPDATE:

Treana called to clarify that a shipping label was attached to email. The automated RMA return email clearly stated at the end that I was responsible for shipping and since I did not notice an attachment on the email nor was I told in the email that my shipping label was attached I assumed by the fine print at the end of the email that I would pay for all costs. They will need to change this automated email to avoid confusion to other customers.

Glad this has been resolved with regards to shipping costs. Now the matter of them giving me a working battery in exchange still remains. Overall, this company thus far seems very professional and VERY concerned with customer satisfaction.
