"I first discovered Laptop Battery One while shopping for batteries for my daughter's Dell laptop. I inquired the different websites of Dell, Best Buy etc...The prices posted were way out of my price range, and honestly, I knew I could find a better battery at a better price. While looking at PriceGrabber I came across Laptop Battery One. Price was right, type of battery was right, but I noticed the frightful word "back order". But my gut said, let's go for it. I immediately located their phone number and contacted them. I spoke to a very knowledgeable and pleasant service rep who assured me that they were expecting an order in a few days.I then placed the order. Sure enough, as I was told, the battery arrived a few days later. It came with "Instruction for Your New Battery" which pretty much explained every possible situation regarding the battery. My daughter installed it & charged it. Within one hour (it does recommend you charge it at least six hours) my daughter had her laptop up and running the rest of the evening as with the following days!!! I am very, very happy with the service and product that I received from Laptop Battery One. Upon my other daughter, eventually needing a laptop battery, I will definitely be contacting, via website, Laptop Battery One!!! Thank you for everything."
