"i am on my second battery from this place the first wouldnt take a charge past 90% i got the replacement after filling out a buch of questione and having to call them and ask if they were going to even send the replacement and guess what it doesnt charge past 72% dont buy your battery from here they will give you nothing but trouble. i wasted a week doing all the trouble shooting they asked and ended up with a battery thats worse than my 3 year old factory battery."

"Dealing with this company was by far the best experience I have had with an online company. Shortly after placing my order I received an e-mail stating my order was confirmed along with a UPS tracking number. Usual procedure, but much quicker than other companies I had dealt with. Following the tracking seemed to go as planned until the day of delivery. UPS stated they had placed the package on my porch. Since I had been home all afternoon, I knew they had not been there.

I called UPS the next morning and they informed me I would have to call the sender. (oops, usually not a good thing) I was expecting the run-around and got the totally opposite from Battery One. Rachel, the customer service representative, was apologetic,helpful and honest. She explained I would need to fill out an affadavit so they could file it with UPS. The affadavit would be on my e-mail within the hour (5 minutes it was there). Once she received it back from me, she would begin processing my order for a new battery at no cost to me. I filled out the simple affadavit but held it for a day, thinking UPS would find it and I would have my item the next day. I did not receive package the next day so faxed the affadavit back the following morning. That afternoon I received a call from my daughter letting me know the battery had indeed I arrived. I immediately called Battery One to inform them to stop the action on the affadavit. No suprise, they had already begun the process and my new battery was about to be shipped. (unbelievable)

The battery was waiting for me when I got home. It was packaged as promised along with instructions of how to properly charge it and a trouble shooting guide regarding potential problems with the installation or bios upgrades.

I just want to say thank you. Customer service has become a lost art in all business sectors, especially with online companies. Your company gives me faith there are companies that care about their customers and are setting a culture for their company and employees that customer service is the ultimate goal. My experience with Rachel was the only human contact I had with Battery One. If you do not know already, she is one of your most valuable assets, but I sense she is just one of many of the trained professionals serving your customers.
