"Had the same problems....ordered ac adaptor, credit card was charged right away and never received the item. It has been 2 weeks and they don't respond emails, there is no phone number to call....I wish I had read the reviews on this website before. Lesson learnt! Don't buy from them!"

"This is the worst company ever! DO NOT order from them!!! I placed an order on 3/7/12,they charged my card 3/7/12, and 9 days later my order still has not shipped. They advertise same day shipping what a joke! I have emailed several times and no response, I hope my credit card company can get my money back or I guess I'll just be out the money with no product to show for!

On 3/26/12 I finally received my order but according to website under track order it still had not shipped. Also, I emailed them everyday for over a week and no responses to any of them!

"This is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. They promise speedy shipping, charge your credit card and don't process your order. They make it impossible for you to contact them. Their phone # doesn't work and are only available via email, which they don't answer. Well, I guess I'll let me bank handle debiting them back. That should get their response. All I have to say to those interested in purchasing online from them is "buyer beware." 3/3/2012"

"Ordered battery & charger for my laptop, good price. Rec'd confirmation email right away and account was charged 2 days later. Haven't heard from them since, it's been 2 wks. Filed a claim with my bank and with the BBB. Am hoping my bank will reverse the charges and go after the company. 2 phone numbers found and neither work. Emailed multiple times to the cust svc email address and rec'd no responses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!"

"This company is shady at best. I ordered a battery for my HP laptop next day air did not notice the $64.13 shipping charge. I don't think it was listed until the order was processed but it MAY HAVE BEEN MY ERROR. I sent and instant email to cancel the order. Two days later I find the order has been processed and the money has been taken from my account. I have sent a 2nd email but after what I have read here I don't see that doing any good. Looks like all I can hope for is that I receive the correct battery and it is in working condition. I looked at the 5 star reviews after reading a comment in a review and agree that most of the 5 star reviews have been faked by LaptopTraveller. I would recommend newegg.com even with the battery costing $34.00 more after shipping I am still saving money over laptoptraveller.com BUYER BEWARE "

"My son ordered a laptop battery at a reasonable price. Problem is that we received the wrong item and can't get any response from customer service. There is no phone number to call, we completed two RMA requests and sent four emails. I am beyond frustrated! I would never order from them again."

"Horrible customer service, i returned a laptop charger over a month ago. Did everything they said to do, never returned my money or even gave me store credit for that matter. "They shipped the wrong toner drums and can't get in touch with them, because they don't call back and they are not listed anywhere. They have a form to fill out on their website, but they don't respond. CROOKS!!!! DO NOT USE THEM even if they are 10 dollars cheaper than amazon. "

"I purchased a Panasonic LCD screen to replace my cracked HP Pavilion laptop screen. Sure it shipped pretty quickly but the screen the sent me was defective so i sent i back and asked for a replacement. However, they sent me another defective screen and I wasn't compensated for shipping even though the merchandise was lousy."

"Why did it take 6 days to even ship my battery charger? I will not use this vendor or yahoo stores again and will tell other people. A person who orders a laptop charger does so after his original one has failed so therefore he needs it shipped immediately. I did not get a low price for this charger and could have bought it for less money. They have failed to satisfy my needs. I will see if it even arrives."

"I purchase a replacement battery for my Sony VAIO (VGP-BPS2)just recently 5-10-2011. I charged it for the first time (24 hours) on 5-19-2011 and have had to charge it 3 times since. The battery only holds about a 2 hour charge. I am not using my laptop to play any games and I dont have or use any applications that would cause the battery to drain excessively. I typically check email every other day and my computer is unplugged and turned off when not in use I sent my first email to Laptop support today 5-24-2011 requesting a replacment. Hopefully I can give back a positive report. I'll keep you posted.




Well it's been about 1 month and I am still waiting to hear back from this company. The lesson learned here for me is to take heed to what I read. My advice to future customers is "Buyer's Beware".
