"We still haven't received our package. I believe it was shipped but tracking info from the post office isn't complete. Supposedly it was to be delivered Dec. 5. Today is Dec. 10th and we have no package and are waiting on a response from the post office. I don't think this is Battery Depot's fault but it's frustrating!"
