"Ordering the battery for my wife's lap top was quite easy on your site. Delivery was as promised...2 to 3 business days. From that point on it hasn't been so good. Wife did exactly as directed for charging the new battery. After the initial charging the battery was faulty and would only hold a charge for 15 minutes which is very frustrating. I did call up and an employee named Devon was very helpful in ordering a new battery and advising me on how to return the old faulty battery for a refund. Still have to return the battery. so don't know how that process will go. Hopefully the next battery works properly and the return of the old one and credit goes smoothly."
