"I placed an order with these people and cannot get anyone to answer the phone when I call there. They say they have called me, but I don't like to answer numbers I don't know. I have been ready to return my item, and all I want is an authorization number or something to get it done so I can get my refund and I have farted around for over a week to get this done.

If you tried to call me no one ever left me a message to call back. The item has been returned and I got an immediate refund. The item did ship out quickly but just didn't work out for me."

"purchased by scrolling thru sellers site...gateway laptop, nv series , nv79 and ordered battery.
rcvd battery in 2 days but it was the wrong voltage (original is 11.1V & what they r selling is 14.8V).
they are crediting my account BUT i have to pay shipping charges back which i feel is unfair and wrong.
they insist i should've checked voltage, but in truth when u scroll thru a website and get the battery for what u r asking,....who checks the voltage??
bc the amount is so little i will return n pay shipping but i advise you to BE CAREFUL AND CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE BUYING bc what they state is a match for your computers laptop, might not be (as in my case)"
