"The batteries were received quickly as ordered. The problem might be only "me!" Ofter connecting the power supply that I purchased through LBD, my low power problem became a thing of the past! The primary battery has not been opened as of yet. I will talk with a tech to see if I need to truly replace the old one. So "Somewhat Satisfied" is only because of the unknown. Truly the LBD should have 5 stars from me instead of the 4 shown above."
