"I followed the instructions on cycling the battery, (Charging and discharging). So far, the battery has performed like a champ in the week that I've had it. I'm impressed!

Those 1, 2, 3 stars ratings (which I always ignore) on the Toshiba web site is indicative of users that don't read well and follow instructions.
