I called and they said, no problem, we will send you another but will have to charge you for the second but do not worry we will give a full refund for both if they do not work. Now when I want to send the defective one back, they are requiring me to pay for the shipping costs. Also, when you call in, their automated phone system puts you on hold for many minutes, tells you you are next in line, then asks you to leave a voice mail. Stay away from these guys!"
