"sent me a battery that would not charge. I called and told them the part numbers did not match from the old battery to the new one. I sent the old one back, they claimed they never received it so I never got my money back. My girlfriend ordered another battery and they sent the same wrong part number. It would not charge. She sent it back. I ordered a battery from a different company that was the exact same part number and it has been working perfectly since I received it. If you don't have what someone needs, just be honest and tell them, then don't steal their money by claiming you never got the wrong battery back in the mail"
