"Had an issue with a broken screen on my 9 year old son's Gateway Laptop. This firm went beyond the call of duty to help me get it resolved. The first order was flawless from start to finish. The only negative is that after I installed the new screen and was pushing the bezel connectors back on I accidentally pressed on the LCD which caused a mark and it was useless so I had to reorder a new one and they again got the reorder sent timely and perfectly.
