"I had a Dell Inspiron 15 3593 with a cracked screen. The sales support answered multiple questions regarding ability to upgrade to higher resolution screen (don't do it... only go with the screen resolution the PC came with to ensure hardware compatibility and ability to use the same connectors). The user interface is simple, but still detailed to give you enough information to make a good purchase. Different radio buttons to down-select options once the PC model is entered worked nicely to identify the screen to get. After submitting the order, I requested delayed shipment due to being out of town, which they confirmed they will do, and in fact did without me reminding them days later. When I reconnected with them after my trip, they said they did delay shipment as requested.

Upon receipt, the screen was very well packed and the screen also had a protective film to remove prior to installation. It was plug and play, no issues at all with the screen. Happily enjoying our PC again!"

"The screen in my customised by Chillblast, high performance Clevo laptop failed after just two years use. Clevo provide online manuals for the complete disassembly of their laptops, but I could not find a replacement 4K screen locally at all (I'm based in the UK), and there were none in Europe either.
