I don't remember who helped me, but I remember he had a male name & he was awesome. He was nice, knowledgeable & patient. I'm sure I tested the limits of his patience w/ my questions. I bought a replacement screen. It was just installed last night & appears to be working well. The screen seems to fit perfectly. I say "seems to be", b/c it isn't installed 100% correctly yet.
