"The screen on my Lenovo Ideapad 320-15ABR started showing a green horizontal bar along the bottom 1/3 of the screen. Originally, my screen resolution was 1366x768 so I took a chance and upgraded to a 1920x1080 full hd screen. It only cost a few dollars more and since other configurations of the same model came with a higher resolution screen and I had used an external monitor that was full hd, I figured it would work and it does work, very well. The screen looks nice and hopefully my laptop will last me several more years.

"I purchased the monitor Replacement to fix one that was broken period it never even lit up. My son is a computer repair man.So I know that everything was done correctly. When I sent in the return I sent everything back in the same packaging in box.I received it in they however try to charge me for the adhesive strips. I had to notify them that they were in the packagand then I didn't get the text back. It would have been a more pleasant experience to just buy a new computer which is what I did."

Customer notified us that the repair was not successful and requested refund, a prepaid return label was issued to customer free of charge. A refund for the item was issued upon return; customer notified us about the missing portion for the adhesive strips and an additional refund was issued. The returning item was tested and appeared to be fully functional.
