“No Amazon seller or any other seller would protect the customer in cases like these:
Customer purchased a 17.3" large LCD screen to be delivered to a location in USA. From there the LCD screen was taken by a friend of the customer in carry-on to India on an international flight. The screen arrived cracked. Customer is saying its a defective LCD - but is showing pictures of cracked glass. LCDs are extremely fragile because they are made out of two extra thin planes of glass fused together.
All our items are insured against shipping damage by courier - but not against damaging of the screen in an International carry-on after it was already shipped and delivered.
