"This is my second dealing with Laptopcharge. I cannot say enough good things about them. I ordered a battery and power supply for my daughters laptop this time. The one part I was worried about was the power supply as I had bought aftermarket supplies for this and other laptops before and the plug was either the wrong size or if it was the right size it was loose and fell out at the slightest movement. NOT the case here, it worked PERFECTALLY and charged the battery AND kept the laptop going while I updated and backed up the system. VERY NICE"

Contacted Laptopcharge.com customer service by email, as their support chat service did not work, about return...and have received no response. Did look over site to find they will charge a $15.00 restocking fee. Add that to return postage and I've lost the purchase price. Waste of time and money. Not a happy customer and will not be a return customer!"

"Horrible. Does not work. I have to fill out paperwork, fax it and I don't have a fax in order to send it back and maybe get a refund.

I did receive the email and it would be more efficient if the paperwork could be delivered back to you in that format. Once I send you the paperwork, then I have to wait for another email for approval numbers before I return the battery. This process could be better when things don't work."
