Found the Laptopcharge.com website in IE, on Friday at 1p.m. Pacific time. Looked at our old Sony battery for the part number, matched it in Laptopcharge, filled out the necessary information, pressed "Send" and at 1.07p.m, got an acknowledgement of order. Because it was the weekend, we understood the time of delivery would be 2 or 3 business days. Laptopcharge sent us two notifications that our new battery was shipped! Canada Post sent us a tracking advice note 3 hours after our order had been submitted. Canada Post sent an email delivery notice Monday morning and the package was in our mailbox.
