Just an off the record comment - your answering machine/phone system was "off putting." I accidentally had ordered 3 batteries vs just the 1 - when I tried to cancel the extra 2, I tried by phone (& realized it's Pacific time)....but frequently the phone went straight to busy or a message that the department is not there - or something that left me with very little confidence that you were a legitimate business. I appreciated the quick email response & felt at ease.
