"Don't trust this company with your money! I ordered a simple charger for my Macbook (said to be a genuine Apple product) and it came unboxed from its original packaging and with only half of the contents it should contain (all other competitors sell chargers with the AC "duck head" adapter and an extension AC cable included). I emailed their customer support requesting they send the missing cable and they said they would only send it if I paid an extra $33 for it... A part that is *included with ALL other competitors* and is included in Apple's original packaging. After all this, they then offered to return the product for me if I wasn't happy, but charge me return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Absolute garbage. I couldn't return it because I needed it to charge my laptop (as my original charger broke).
To add injury to insult, the charger has since stopped working altogether. I had to go to a box store a pick up another. Comparing the two side by side, I believe the adapter piece is not even an Apple product - it's an off-brand knockoff. You have to hold it tight for the power to turn on and, if you let go of the charger, it stops working altogether.
These guys look like they're giving you a deal with prices slightly lower than competitors, but don't believe it - they're only selling you half of what you should get and cutting corners wherever they can."

"First they will tell you that you ordered the wrong part for your laptop.
Then they will send you what they say is the correct one based on picture you sent in.
Tell you it costs more.
Then even though the picture does not match the picture you sent and does not even have the correct number of wires.
They will try and convince you that they sent you the correct part even though it doesn't fit, have the correct number of wires.
You will tell them that it does not work and they will persist in telling you it will even when it doesn't.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
Slow to deliver and slow to resolve issue, which still is not resolved.
Wish I would have found these reviews before purchasing. "
"I ordered a replacement keyboard for DELL Inspiron 13 (2-in-1).
1. It was not quite compatible with the DELL model 7352 as advertised (the key layout was slightly different), and
2. After installation by professionals at Canada Computers it appeared to be worse than the old one: some keys are not responsive and some behave as pressed twice.
A waste of money (keyboard + installation)!"

"Worst place ever, don't ever order from these guys. Hard to contact, they sent me even the wrong model number but I can't be bothered sending it back because I really needed something to keep my laptop up and running. Pathetic and very slow in their service standards, even the display and communication seems dodgy. 2 and a half weeks to recieve my item and still was not what I paid for. Find another store that can supply you equipment faster, more efficient and less time wasting."
"I order a Mother board for my Daughter 1501 Dell inspiron for $271.16, because Dell did not have on in stock at the time, and she needed the Notbook. It came in and I had a friend that is a Dell cerified repair man install the part. It was DOA but for $150.00 he fixed the old one she had had. It took me three week of emailing and calling to get an RMA # to return the bad part. The charged me 25% $76.17 for restocking fee on a bad part. Stay clear of this company!!!"

"I ordered through Amazon. com a battery VGN-BPS2C. Laptopparts.com sent me the wrong battery that does not replace this model and has the wrong mAh, yet they insist that it is the correct battery. Their emails are not coherent, are poorly written, rude and show lack of technical know -how with statements like "if the battery fits the computer it is the right one". In chat rooms and blogs have found that consumers have experienced similar and even worst problems with laptopparts.com. This company should be sued to prevent it from ever doing to others what it has already done to so many unsuspecting consumers. And Amazon.com should stop dealing with laptoparts.com."
