"I ordered an evercase 2u rackmount case + intel motherboard, took a week before order was shipped. then when finally got here, was no case, only motherboard. called, they were supposed to call me back with tracking # of case, said case was shipped.
Called them 4 days later, they said UPS thought the case was bent and sent it back to them, ya right. got my $$ back on case from paypal.
Found motherboard on newegg for $14 less, free shipping, sent laptops4me paypal request for pricematch. didn't get it. This company is unreliable. I'll never use again. I called evercase factory, they sending case, got tracking number same day.
Wasted 2 weeks of time messing with these guys. hope motherboard actually works.
Don't use this comapny unless you don't need the stuff you order for a few weeks or more.
You may find out in weeks that you are not getting what you ordered."
"Found a specific Soyo motherboard in stock, and was told by e-mail that it was available ("P" was my contact @ Laptops4Me). Placed order for $155.59 shipped. Waited 5 days and e-mailed to ask about status. Magically my order was updated to "shipped" per their site within hours. Waited another 7 days, and asked for a tracking number. Magically my order was updated to "processing" per their site within hours, with a note saying the board was taken off the market by Soyo, and I'd get a revised board from Soyo in another 7 days. E-mailed Soyo about this and they said the board was backordered but not recalled - also asked for copies of all correspondence with Laptops4Me. A week later, when asking if the replacement boards were in, I was told they were on backorder. Being almost 3 weeks since my original order, I decided on a different board ($112 Abit NF7-S) and asked him to ship that. Asked for a memory card reader, too, since that was one accessory in the Soyo bundle that I was looking forward to. Order was updated to reflect new board and 'free' card reader. 4 days later I asked if my order had shipped and asked for the tracking number. Magically my order was updated to "delivered" per their site within hours. Inquired by e-mail, and was told there was a software glitch and my order was 'shipped'. It arrived a couple days later, and the included memory card reader was one of their cheapo ones, with no USB ports. So I got screwed out of about $20, and had to wait almost a full month to get a motherboard that I didn't really want. Just an all around terible purchasing experience. Not recommended at all."
