"I ordered a replacement spare tire cover for my 2011 Silver Toyota Rav4 during a Labor Day sale. I promptly got a receipt/confirmation email. The price was good, the shipping was free, it seemed like a great deal. Unfortunately, the sale and free nationwide shipping were over when I received the email letting me know the part is not available and hasn't been for quite some time. Apparently Larry Miller Toyota just couldn't be bothered to update their website. I emailed back asking if they would sell me the unpainted cover, which supposedly is available, for the same price as my original order and free shipping. I would have thought that was a reasonable request but I guess I'll never know. No one bothered to answer. Their customer service is clearly as helpful as their website."
"Went in for a diagnosis on a vehicle we'd purchased next door at the Lexus dealer. It had some major problems not disclosed when purchased. The Toyota service center found all the problems, have me a quote, and sent me on my way as I was unable to do any of the repairs at that time. "

"I need my TPMS system test and they wanted $225 for a 5 minute job. I don't think I'll EVER be going back. I spent over $300 on debris that morning to fix a problem when the tire store changed my sensors. It will be a cold day somewhere before I pay that for a simple job. Obviously they care more for the almighty $$ than a customer but that is consistent with my experience for 40 years. "

"I ordered some Lexus brake pads and air filters. The filters were smashed into the too small box and the much heavier brake pads were placed on top of the ill fitting filters. The brake pads were opened and tumbling around in the box. Not what I expected ordering genuine Lexus parts from the dealer."
