"My item was purchased with 2nd day air delivery because it was needed ASAP to continue production. We did not receive the item on time so production was shut down for 2 days. The items were not received until 5 days from purchase date. When trying to return items and explained to customer service they ARE NOT OPENED NOT TOUCHED and want a full refund we were denied. So along with losing thousands because of down time we also are out the money paid for these transformers along with the extra money paid for shipping. I personally don't recommend this company."

3 weeks trying to get a missing part on a $600+ order Emailed, called, texted, pictures... jumped through every hoop the off shore call center asked for. Not 1 return call and the only Email was to show me a picture of my order before shipping (clearly this company has shipping issues if this is their practice) telling me my (3) seals were in the package as shown... picture shows with (2) seals clearly missing the 3rd and needed seal.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LARSON ELECTRONICS just read the BBB reviews I only wish I had first.

"I ordered a part on July 3rd it was time sensitive they said it would arrive on July 10th I've on July 10th it didn't arrive and then the they arbitrarily changed the delivery date until August 31st I obtained the part elsewhere and cancel the order they only return A little more than half of the $2582 that the pot cost and refuse to reimburse for the balance. They are basically thieves don't do business with them"
"Their equipment never worked correctly and your techs blamed it on my new equipment. I bought a 20hp three phase converter that lost voltage on the ghost leg when I turned my equipment on. I reached out to their "Tech support" which is by email only so every time it was 3 days lost. They said I needed more caps. so I ordered the 3 they said I needed. when that didn't work they said it is my equipment and quit returning my emails. I have since move to a space with 3 phase and my equipment works perfectly. proving it was Their equipment that was the issue. I will never recommend this company for anything. I am now stuck with a 4000.00 piece of crap that is about 30.00 in scrap.

"We placed an order for a 7.5 KVA 3PH DOE Transformer on 12.29.2021 and received an order confirmation stating that the item was in stock with a 3 day lead time and it didn't show up until 01.10.2022. When we contacted them for a tracking number, they told us they would not have the transformer ready to ship until the week of 01.24.2022 with another 1 week of shipping transit time. They didn't even bother to inform us that instead of 3 days we would have to wait 1 MONTH whereas we have an installation scheduled for 01.11.2022. When we contacted them to cancel the order and have a refund, they were cynical enough to tell us they would charge us a 50% fee to cancel the order which is ridiculous and COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. We called their customer support and were unlucky enough to have the call answered by a gentleman who was the rudest person in the world (unfortunately, didn't get his name to expose him).
We ended up having to place a rush order with rush fees with another vendor and we had to have a driver go out and pick it up from San Diego which is over 120 miles from our location. As a result, we lost time and money but we care about our customers so we had to do whatever it took to keep our commitment to our customer. Whereas these people straight on DON'T CARE about their customers.
It's hard to explain the extent of frustration and the extent of how bad this experience was. Unless you want to go through a nightmare, NEVER USE LARSON ELECTRONICS ever!!!!!!"
"This company is an ABSOLUTE SCAM! I purchased a transformer from Larson Electronics and paid an additional $1,500 to have it overnight shipped. Without any notification or approval the company sent me a completely different transformer and is refusing to return the item and refund our payment. When reaching out to them numerous times and speaking with Rob the VP of Sales he states to send an email with my concern and then proceeds to hang up. BUYERS BEWARE!"
"Make sure you have the right product ordered. We messed up and ordered the wrong transformer. It's still sitting in the FEDEX package it arrived in yesterday. The product that we purchased from Larson electronics is not what is advertised:
- UV light is not turning off after 5 minutes of being activated, as they advertise
- UV Lightbulb should last 8000 hours as you advertise. After 2 weeks of usage lightbulb is not working, barely lit

"They had me use my fedex number for shipping and used sloppy low density foam which did not contain the transformer in the packaging. Dude told me they have had many issues with shipping UPS and Fedex DUH You can't pack the items correctly that's what's going to happen. When I got my package transformer missing... Slipped thru the end of the box.
And what did they do for me NOTHING said I could order a new one.
Not sure how large this is as the same guy always answers.
