"Excellent product and service."

"Ordered items for the company I work for on 8-2-12 and as of 8-18-12 I have not recieved them. Have been in contact with them several times and have been promissed delivery dates that have come and went. I will not order from them again.

As far as there response below. That is not true. They sent my order to the wrong address. When they realized they made the mistake they allowed it to play out with UPS instead of sending a new order to me and taking the shipment back from UPS. Lets see Purchased on 8-2-12. Havent recieved my order yet 8-19-12
I sent the company an e-mail on 8-12-12 to inquire about the order. It was sent to ****@**** and on 8-13-12 to ****@**** and have several more from them promissing delivery.
