"Once I was able to get the order form to work online it was fine. I emailed them & got no response. Then I Googled the light & it came up on eBay. I emailed them & got a response & found out it was the same company I was trying to buy from direct online. They didn't know why the link wasn't working. I tried the link one more time 3 days after the initial try (and tried everyday in between) and it finally worked. I got the package in the next day so that was great."
