"First, the company sent me a bad computer after they repaired it or so they said it was a clocking problem. Then the computer would not read the hard drive and they said it was the fact that I used my own video card and dvd burner and not theirs that it would not work. Then they said they would charge me a restocking fee of 15% after wasting hours trying to get through on their support line. I would not do business with them and you would be smart to do the same."

"This business leaves a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. I ordered an assembled system but it was shipped as parts (and with a 300w power supply instead of the 400w I ordered). When I called to complain they told me to assemble it myself and then hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on again! I finally got through to Alex, who told me to ship the parts back for assembly, and promised to reimburse my shipping costs. The system came back assembled about 2 weeks later but with the 300w PS. I have spoken to Alex and provided the requested receipt for my shipping costs, but after more than two months I'm still waiting for reimbursement. I've decided to settle for the 300w PS even though I paid for the 400W, because I just don't trust this company to ever get it right."
