"So far I am only on disc 2, but I have to say there is one thing that has been consistently bothering me about these lessons. And that is, Stacey talks with her hands a LOT! Like a LOT!!! And NOT SIGNING! It totally throws me off! Either zoom into her face or have her sign while she talks, cause waving her hands around most the time and then throwing a sign in there sometimes is getting annoying. Other than that, so far I love this set! I really enjoy Byron and how he signs much better. "

"Even though I got my Learn and Master ASL yesterday, my church has been using it for several months. My church teaches ASL because we have several deaf and HOH people that go there including me. I'm HOH but I am losing my hearing completely due to a genetic disorder. I've learned a lot through this program and I'm grateful having my own copy that way I can go over it more than once a week with my church. It has also taught other people in my class how to sign has well we have over 50 people learning right now. Our teachers have been certified as interpreters saw this program and thought this came the closest and best one out there. I can't wait to finish this program and help my daughter also to learn sign. My daughter has been learning too but she always can't make it to church because of homework. Having our own copy helps. Thank you for a great program even though we our on Lesson 5 through our church at least I can review and have more time with each lesson that we go through."

"I am going deaf late in life and bought this set thinking it would help me to learn some basic ASL in order to aid communication. As I am old and not used to all the technology related to DVRs, TVs, and such, I had difficulty in accessing
the closed captions so I could understand what the instructors were saying. Fortunately my grandson came to visit and was able to show me how to do this. I am retracting my former unfavorable review that I wrote out of my own ignorance. This set should more than fulfill my needs.
